LOL at the first 15 seconds of the episode!

(Kawaiiiiiiiiii, watched way to much anime. Know a little bit of words ^_^)

These two screens pretty much summarise the whole season. Lol not really, but it had me tricked at start.

Quickly summarising, this anime series focuses on a guy named Ayase Yuto and a girl named Nogizaka Haruka.

Not sure why I wrote that meaningless paragraph above, I will now get into a bit more detail.

From what I see Ayase is an average high school student who “gave up” on women and who likes anime. Whist he is living with his sensei and his sister, they have proven to be completely useless in housekeeping and generally get in the way of Ayase. All the housekeeping and cooking, no, everything productive in the house is done completely by Ayase. And those two women look completely useless.

He give up on women because:

Nogizaka Haruka is represented as a perfect high school girl, much like a Goddess. She has astounded everyone with: piano skills (which from the looks of it hypnotises most of the people in school. Whish I had such abilities), intelligence, beauty and the number of guys she rejected :S.

After a brief intro of supporting characters, Ayase agrees to do a favor for his friend and return an anime mag for him to the library. Only to see him…

Whilst in the library, he overlooks Haruka in the library. I would definitely be embarrassed walking like she does. But by the looks of it there arent many people in the library, so she probably does not care enough.

(*closes eyes from embaracement*)

She borrows one of the otaku mags only to see him….

Ayase figures out her secret and she breaks down immediately. Instantly they fall in love (Im sure you seen the spoilers in the opening).

I have to say this show is filled with quiet a lot of fan service. I cant really judge from the first episode, however it looks like a typical ecchi/romance type of show (a decent chuck of ecchi is in this episode).

After a few minutes of cuteness and goofing around when Ayase discovered her otaku secret, Haruka started to avoid him. I laughed a lot when he started chasing her and got mistake for assault (still laughing as typing this).

Then they become closer when he explains to her that he shall not reveal her otaku secret. She then calls him to help her on a mission of returning a library magazine, to make sure that “him” will not harm the goddess of Haruka (simply if she will return it late, her name announced on speakers by someone and her otaku secret will be revealed. She will probably also be punished by “him” lol).

Half way through this 22 minute episode I see this:

And now this:

During the mission a lot of cute stuff happens, such as he being scared of weird things she is imagining and putting on cute faces ^_^.

They finally return the magazine and the mission is now complete. The end.

I again remind that this looks like a very typical ecchi/romance/high school anime. Not really much plot happening at the moment and Im not ever sure if I will keep publishing content about this anime. However since I started to watch this anime, I shall finish watching it to the end (habit by the looks of it).

Funny thing is that there is high correlation between this ending and the ending of Haruhi Suzumiya (even the name Haruhi to Haruka).
