Im starting to change my mind about this show, as this was such a funny, cute and embarrassing episode ;). Im coming to like this show.

At the start of the episode as you may have guessed, Haruka was the first greet Ayase. When they started to walk to school I felt that I may have seen this scene before…

Don’t you just love the first 5 seconds of the intro. If anyone was curious about the things they say just after the intro and just before the actual episode, from memory it’s something like “this program is bought/sponsored to you by”.

After they escape from those chasers, Haruka decided to twist the plot early in the series (or director) by asking Ayase out (to Akiba). Instantly Ayase starts day dreaming.

(and he will wake up instantly from his dream)

However his dream ended fast when Haruka gave this facial expression when he confirmed if it was a date or not. Oh my, Haruka seems so innocent (and she probably is).

(thats a lot of animation budget to show how uncomfortable/embarrassed she is)

They meet up in Akiba and bypassers give Ayase a very jealous look (who wouldn’t). And throughout the whole episode of a lot of cute things happen.

Haruka even made a very cute plan to guide her while shopping.

Haruka decides to check out some manga, only to discover that it was hardcore yaoi hentai. Her consciousness left her instantly.

After spending a good 8 minutes walking around in the shops, we see a flashback of how Haruka becomes an Akiba addict. When she was scolded by her dad, someone gave her manga to read. After that she was hooked (its clearly hinted that Ayase has given the book at this and in the future scene).

Too bad Nobunaga decided to interrupt his “date”. And he interrupted it good, because Ayase has lost her. When he finds her she is surrounded by muscles. Now he definitely is beaten by competition LOL.

However it was all a misunderstanding. They were simply tourists asking her for directions. Haruka as always showed her perfection by understanding them talk and talking to in different languages (looks like she knows russian well).

Haruka decided (director more like it) to put a cute face on again when they have arrived to Gachapon Hall. Then she wants to play with some vending machine (money ripping machine is what I call them, the final product always manages to slip away with such weak claw. It has always surprised me when people see and know that the claw is weak and will never lift anything, the still throw money away). These are the comments that she had to say about the machine :S.

We get more cute surprises this time in cosplay dating caffe.

Ayase is in a dream world. Even the maids think he is dating her. Too bad Harukas dream world is about to shatter, as the PDS (portable dream station, is a combination of dreamcast, psp and ds) is out of stock :(.

She is still playing all these cute trick and decided to faint. This time Ayase has collected enough courage to carry her in front of all of those people. Finally he has some confidence to do something.

At the end Haruka puts on more cuteness and starts crying that she wasted Ayases time (right…. it was Aysses dream to hang out with her. On the other hand it was her dream to visit Akiba. Everyone wins). After a bit of emotional talk, her tears stopped. She stands up and walks into a post for a comedic relief or should I say cuteness relief.

She then finally gets the figure from the vending machine and the episode ends.

Not much depth here. On the other hand it’s a cute and calming episode.
