Jun-kun, Jun-kun, Jun-kun. You know how sometimes you have a song stuck in your mind for a day just after you listened to it? Well after watching this episode of Special A, the only thing I hear is Jun-kun, Jun-kun, Jun-kuuuuuun!
(as you have guessed, this episode focuses on Jun-kun, Jun-kun…)
Sakura was never attracted to Kei. When Jun-kun appeared, he has some magical gravitational force towards her that Kei could not have (Jun-kun is said soo many times that I only need to paste it, to save time).
Daring Sakura asks him out without any hesitation. Only to see him step away and reject her. However she is full of energy and will try hard to be close to him.
()
Akira pays out Kei that he got fully rejected by Sakura and on top of that didn’t get to be on a date with Hikari. His comeback reminded me of his inner code geass (Lulu and Kei somehow share the same voice ;) ).
(of course we do)
Kei’s dad invites all the members of Special A to barbeque. That was the message that Akira-chan got. Now how in the world Kei’s dad got her phone number?
After they arrive, it can be seen that Sakura asked her dad to organise all this (to get close to Jun). And her dad used Kei’s dad to lure completely defenseless and innocent members of Special A. Sakura should have asked Kei’s father straight, instead of following this circle of power.
Jun-kun looks worried and frightened of Sakura, and since his big brother cares for him (I refer to Ryuu, because he is very close to Meg and Jun but not blood related), he gives him a whistle to save him from any harm that is Sakura. We get an instant peek on that magic whistle. As soon as the whistle is blown Jun’s sis and Ryuu rush in to break the law of gravity that Jun has on Sakura!
Seeing that Sakura has nasty obstacles, her dad puts forward a new idea. That is too split into pairs with a lottery.
Every one objects, expect Hikari (because she is Hikari). As soon as she pulls out Kei’s name, his opinion changes (LOL. Also back in ep 13 I was laughing really hard when Kei teleported to Hikari impersonating DBZ).
(what a funny comparison)
After a bit of comical relief (finally Jun-kun’s magic whistle does not work and Sakura throws it out in a very funny and cute way). Sakura and Jun are all alone in the forest. Just as she trips he catches her. The amount of force Jun has is astronomical for her that she is leaning in for a kiss.
Jun’s flashback comes in, we see some girl saying something silently (her mouth moves very elegantly and different. It fully hypnotised me). Very forcefully Jun pushes Sakura away.
Sakura draws enough courage asking him if by any chance he already has someone he likes. Jun’s answer reliefs her heart. He rejects her anyway (or not). We can see that in his past what ever that girl said scarred him pretty badly (forget pen is mightier than sword. Words rule all!)
Food is finally ready to serve and Sakura does not give up yet (more like her dad). With a snap of a finger Sakura’s dad has Jun-Kun surrounded (It would be soo awesome to have obedient people around you that answer to you that easily). Hikari interferes to help Jun and LOL ensures. She explains to Mr lips that kissing is something you do only with a person you like… (how old is Sakura’s dad again?).
(I’m a father you know. I think I know more than you little girl)
Hearing the little lecture given by Hikari, Kei is as happy as he can possibly be (obviously because Hikari kissed him before and by her words she likes him).
After those kids dominated a LOT of lipped man’s guards, there is only one person in Jun’s way. Sakura cried that she will stop after he was running away. Yet suddenly Jun asked her for that kiss. And now we are revealed Jun’s government protected top secret.
Jun’s inner personality was triggered by a TV program to become more proactive in front of girls. During his first date he charmed all the girls that were there. His date got jealous and told him that he’s is disgusting (I still liked the way her mouth moved :S).
From then on this deep scar, no, this scar that went right through his heart was haunting him and he never wanted to be kissed by a girl ever again. Othewise he would turn into that bad person. This is a sad and lame complication (I don’t think it suits this show, that my opinion anyway).
Incredible, this is the silliest and stupidest thing hes doing. If one date was unsucessufull try the next date. Its like going shopping, you dont like the product you try another one (imo).
He would never date for the rest of his days from this “deep”, bs scar. Lucky to return Jun to normal he needs to be unconscious. This is where lil Meg’s song comes in. He returns to himself and they can like each other now without complications. END
Very funny episode, however the silly complication does not suit the show.
