What’s with the super cool and cute pen spin at the start of the episode?

After Anya’s pen trick, she tells Suzaku that she is Marianne.

Trapped on the Sword of Akasha Lelouch asks Charles about the past matters with Marianne’s death. Charles replies that he seeks the truth however he has been lying all this time. Lelouch replies with his own lecture.

Suddenly Sword of Akasha has been transformed into a library. Charles explains that once people stop lying and understand each other, conflicts will disappear. Charles logic is contradicted here. What happens when two people want one thing, only which is destined to be had by one? I think conflicts will appear because it won’t be able to be split.

We are introduced the answer to Ragnarok Junction. This from my understanding is the process on eliminating these “lies” in this world.

World of C is also explained vaguely by C.C to Suzaku. It is a collection of unconsciousness (4:00) in the form of Jupiter (15:51). I think its something that makes up that person. Much like LCL from Neon Genesis Evangelion.

The director tries to use these clever names just like Evangelion but not explaining them properly.

On another note, why does C.C always has cheese-kun with her?

• Pizza hut: “We give you (director) money for indirectly advertising us.”
• Director: “Sounds great, I will have your cheese-kun needlessly placed across the show for no logical reason at all.”

Marianne then enters Swords of Akasha leaving Anya’s unconscious body behind.

Upon arriving Lelouch is amazed to see his mother again. He still thinks thou that it could be Charles illusion tricks. Marianne manages to convince Lelouch without effort that it is herself. Also she can only take her original form in Akasha space.

She didn’t hug, kiss and caress Lelouch after being separated for eight years. Looks like we can see what kind of a mother she really is.

Then Charles answers Lelouche’s question about Marianne’s death. Charles tells Lelouch that he was struggling in his dynasty to survive as everyone wanted the throne. The throne was so desired that they started to kill off one another and lie to sit in it. Charles and his brother V.V (how the hell V.V can grant Geass is unknown, actually no major information is given about V.V. Oh yeah V.V is dead) made a wow to create a world without lies. Also Marianne and C.C agreed to that.

Then eight years ago, suddenly V.V invited Marianne to talk about something urgent on that death stairs. He says that Charles’s personality has changed when he met Marianne. And is in fear that the pact he made with Charles will not be realized. The he whips out his gun and wasted Marianne.

Director sure fucked this up good (must be the time slot!!). We were not shown significant evidence why V.V was feeling that the pact may not be met. Director could have at least showed us Charles being distant from V.V signifying the pact distance. But NO, just a statement from V. V followed by murder of Marianne.

V.V then elegantly pulls out his mobile and without waiting for the tone, immediately says to begin the cover up. That cover up we always saw as flashbacks from Lelouch how terrorists killed his mother.

Little did he know that baby Anya was there. And little did he know that Marianne HAD GEASS!

Marianne’s Geass allowed her to transfer her soul from body to body thus surviving. Somehow Marianne managed to talk to C.C telepathically when her consciousness surfaced from Anya. When C.C found out about all this, she left them.

However when Charles spoke with V.V about Marianne’s death, he only received lies from V.V contradicting their pact.

Lelouch questions why he and Nunnally were sent to Japan. Followed by a flashback of C.C who says that you need to push away something that you really treasure. WTF at this logic????

Meanwhile we see Milly at ground zero and Nina who feels half dead for creating a death weapon. Hint, hint you have created a death weapon, in other words it will be used to kill people. Why the hell does she feel sorry now?

At the entry to Akasha, Suzaku asks C.C to be help him get there.

Inside Akasha Charles explains to Lelouch that he wanted to hide him and Nunnally from V.V. Also he rewrote the memories of Anya and Nunnally to protect all of this. However I believe that this is not a solid explanation to rewrite Nunnally’s memory. I would have preferred to see a future shot of the alternative, that is if Nunnally’s memory was left intact. However Charles bullshit words “to protect” just don’t justify the memory wipe.

The mark that C.C has on her forehead and Charles on his palm are defined as Code. If that person has this mark they are immortal.  And for some reason two Codes are needed to clean the world of lies. This is why they used Lelouch to lure and capture C.C.

So why didn’t Charles with all his mighty power put up C.C’s face on mass media and provided a reward for her capture?

Furthermore Lelouch realizes that he was a burden in Charles plan to create a kind world.

C.C and Suzaku appear. Suzaku sees that its meaningless to fight against immortal Charles. Also Charles persuaded him his new world of kindness that Euphie would like.

Charles begins his operation.

A bunch of Geass land marks light up and earth starts to tremble.

Suddenly the sky in the Akasha realm collapses revealing a man made enclosure near Jupiter. Marianne has a massive orgasm after that happens.

(I’m coming!)

Lelouch however changes his mind about dads plan after talking with Suzaku, that lies are used for the world to move on.

Lelouch’s logic is that since everyone will be kind that means change will not happen and for some reason action will not take place. Anyway that whole scene is hell hard for me to decipher.

Marianne also uses her Euphie’s name to persuade Suzaku to follow their plan.

Lelouch replies that since they are pushing kindness against peoples will, it’s no different from being evil.

Finally Lelouch explodes with rage, that his parent abandoned him and Nunnally. He exclaimed that they had their plans on the first priority instead of their children. Of course mothers defense is that they did this to protect them. Please stop with such bullshit.

Lelouch decides to put a stop to Charles’s plan. Hindered by not being able to use Geass on Charles. Lelouch uses Geass on Jupiter (World of C, that is that Jupiter planet is the collection of souls and memories from the dead people). Kick ass back ground music plays.

When he Geasse’s the God a massive Geass symbol appeared on Jupiter and he also had another Geass symbol in his right eye. The thought elevator (smart ass word for that helix-DNA type structure) started to collapse.

Also Charles and Marianne are getting dissolved into the World of C (aka dying and his soul will go to Jupiter from what I see).

And they disappear from this world after a bit of drama.

One month later Milly broadcasts an announcement from the emperor Charles. However it’s not him that enters the throne room, but Lelouch. Every single character is surprised.

They are thinking it is a joke. However he tells that it was him who killed Charles. Guards are sent to seize him, but Suzaku makes a spinning kick entrance from a forty meter high ceiling.

Lelouch then uses his Geass on everyone in the room to acknowledge him as the new emperor. However the lack of animation budget completely missed the Geass-bird-eye animation (sound effect were still present). How did Lelouch look individually into thousand people’s eyes is unknown.

All hail Lelouch!

In summary:

• Marianne’s Geass saved her soul in Anya’s body when V.V killed her after feeling that the pact may be unrealized with Marianne around.
• Charles wiped Anya’s and Nunnally’s memory to “protect” them.
• World of C, God and Jupiter: is where the souls, consciousness of dead and alive are.
• Geass Code on C.C forehead and Charles palm grants immortality.
• Thought elevator: smart ass word the for DNA-soul thing.
• Lelouch denies his parent because they abandoned him and Nunnally, prioritizing they “world kindness” plan.
• Charles and Marianne magically vanish from existence.
• Lelouch is the new emperor who uses Geass to acknowledge him.
• FABULOUS thinks he can win with nothing while giving Lelouch everything! (anyone else sees a problem here?)
